At Château Hochberg, Chef Barberis and his team present a refined and affordable menu that revolves around local, seasonal produce. The dishes, inspired by his travels across the world and by his native region, South of France, are adapted to the fresh produce available and to the Chef’s imaginative creations.
Guests will receive a warm welcome to the stylish and friendly restaurant from front of house Valérie Boulanger, his partner.
